The F-Gas register, straight from the survey.
Every refrigerant-bearing unit on the site, with its refrigerant, charge, make, model and serial exactly as you captured them, and its CO₂ equivalent and leak-check interval worked out for you. The record the operator is obliged to keep, from work you have already done.

Screens and documents are from a sample account: the buildings, clients and assessor are made up.
- Straight from the survey
- Refrigerant, charge, make, model and serial exactly as captured.
- CO₂ equivalent worked out
- Charge times the gas’s global warming potential, labelled as derived.
- Leak-check interval
- The band and interval follow from the tonnage, tightest first.
- Ready to print
- Unaccepted values are printed and marked, never dropped.
Nothing retyped. Nothing guessed.
As captured
Charge, refrigerant, make, model and serial are shown exactly as they were recorded on site. Not one is typed in a second time.
CO₂ equivalent, worked out
Charge multiplied by the refrigerant’s global warming potential, from the app’s own confirmed table, and labelled as derived.
Leak-check interval
The leak-check band and interval follow from the tonnage. Where fixed automatic leak detection doubles the interval, that is your observation on site, and the register says so.
Ready to print
Open the register and print it to PDF from the browser. Values you have not yet accepted are printed and marked, never dropped.
The register, and the duty across an estate.

Included on the Private and Corporate plans. On Pay As You Go it is £4.97 per inspection, or every Pay As You Go tool on an inspection with the Full tool pack at £19.97. A Lead Assessor never needs it to produce a lodgeable, QA-ready report: it is time saved and work you can charge for, not a gate.
