Your name, or your firm’s

This is how your account is identified. It can be changed later.

This becomes the username you sign in with, on the dashboard and in the app. It is also how we reach you if something goes wrong with the account, and nothing else.

Accreditation number (for the free trial)

The assessor number on your scheme ID card. One free trial per assessor.

No card for the free trial. For a plan, card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page, never here.

No VAT is charged. Your lodgement fees are separate and unchanged. By continuing you agree to our terms of sale. Cancel a plan at any time; you keep access to the end of the month you have paid for.

What happens next

Choose the free trial or a plan, and give us a name and an email. Nothing is charged on this page.
For a plan, pay on Stripe’s checkout. Your account is unlocked the moment payment clears. The free trial skips this step.
Collect your login. The page that follows shows your username and two one-time codes: one to choose your password, one for your first device.
Open the app, enter the device code under Account, and start the next survey.

Joining a firm that already subscribes?

Do not buy anything. Your administrator issues you a seat and a code, and you enter it in the app under Account. The firm is only charged for you in months you actually produce a survey.

Not sure which?

Start with the free trial. When it ends, the dashboard suggests a plan from how you used it. Or start on Pay As You Go. It is £17 a survey with nothing monthly, and survey fees are capped at £197 in any one month, the price of Private, so a busier month than you expected cannot cost more in surveys than the subscription would have. Move to Private whenever you would rather have one fixed number, with the premium tools included.
